Judy has served the greater Princeton area as a real estate agent since 1990. She chose real estate as a career because of her interest in people, architecture and the variation of house styles. That interest has become helpful in matching buyers with houses that make them feel at home, and her experience in renovating several houses enables her to see the potential and possibilities in houses that may have limitations. Sellers benefit from Judy's skillful eye to enhance and stage a house for its best market appeal.
Judy and her husband have renovated six houses, including designing an addition, relocating and rearranging kitchens and bathrooms, and upgrading interior spaces to give them a new look. Their house on Nassau Street has been on two house tours sponsored by the Historical Society of Princeton, and their house at the shore, which was also on two house tours, received an award in 2000 from the Historical Society of Ocean Grove for the renovation and preservation of their 1879 Victorian.
Having lived in Princeton since 1968, and having raised her two children here, Judy has developed a great knowledge base on area public and private schools and local cultural and community activities Familiarizing buyers with the unique advantages of living in the greater Princeton area is a very special part of the process of helping them purchasing a home.
Judy has earned recognition as a member of the Circle of Excellence and the Top Producers Club. Prior to real estate, Judy taught first through fifth grades, both locally and in Butzbach, Germany for the Department of Defense. The experience of teaching overseas has made her very sympathetic toward buyers and sellers who are in the relocation process.
Judy's volunteer activities include: EMT, Secretary and Chaplain for the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad; Teaching classes, Membership Committee and Leader of the Women's Book Group at Nassau Presbyterian Church; and membership on the Historical Society of Princeton House Tour Committee and the Arts and Antiques Show Committee. These activities have provided Judy with a wide range of skills to use in giving her clients the very best professional service possible. She has worked with buyers and sellers from $45,000 to $3,000,000 with honesty and integrity and has successfully negotiated and completed almost 200 sales as a Buyer's or Seller's Agent. Giving quality service is her goal.
