Real Estate Agent
Suzy Trowbridge has resided and worked in the Princeton area for thirty-nine years. A Chicago-area native, she was a reporter for the Chicago Tribune following her college years at Newton, now Boston College. Because of her husband’s work with the Ford Foundation, her family lived in Mexico, the Caribbean and Andean regions for ten years, affording them remarkable opportunities to appreciate and participate in diverse cultures and developments. Then, after several years in Washington, D.C., the Trowbridges moved to Princeton in 1978, where their four sons were further educated, and all have actively participated in the community’s arts, music and sports programs. After writing the “It’s News to Us” columns for the weekly Town Topics for several years, Suzy’s interest in retail businesses led to her real estate career initially in office and retail leasing for locally-based stores and national tenants expanding to the Princeton market. She worked with a leasing team for a large mixed-use retail center and next as an independent leasing consultant for Palmer Square Corporation and for Peddlar’s Village in Buck’s County. Subsequently, and for the next twenty years, she became a broker associate with the Henderson family’s real estate firms and now with CHSIR. Her sales listings, clients’ purchases and rentals have continued to range from high-end historic residences to mid-level homes throughout the greater Princeton, Lawrence, Hopewell Valley,

Skillman and Montgomery areas served by Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty.
