Lucy Quach

Real estate has always been Lucy's passion. She enjoys the thrill of buying and selling her own houses in the last 35 years, including condos, housing cooperatives, vacation homes, etc. encompassing New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Every property tour sparks her imagination with how the spaces can be transformed and what it would be like to live there. Lucy is excited by the idea of doing real estate as a living because it taps into her dream of earning a living doing what she loves.
Creative and enthusiastic, Lucy will give her clients the best real estate experience possible by understanding their preferences, representing them when negotiating a sale, and assisting them with every detail of their home purchase or sale.

Lucy has been a proud Princetonian for 15 years. Prior to moving to Princeton, she worked in IT, and after moving, she decided to be a stay-at-home mom. Her children attended Princeton Regional Schools from elementary to high school. She has been active in the community from being a part of the PTA to volunteering as the cultural director of the local Chinese school. Her older children already graduated from college, and her youngest is a junior at Rutgers University.
